Salary: Up to $17/hour (depending on experience)
Job Scope:
- Engage home loan customers over the phone with tailored retention packages and address inquiries professionally.
- Process service requests promptly, including repricing and restructuring credit facilities.
- Follow up diligently on customer requests to ensure a smooth resolution and retention.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers, when required, to explain terms outlined in Letters of Offer.
- Prepare management reports, Excel dashboards, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to process improvement and digitalization projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Banking and Finance.
- Minimum 2 years in home loan-related roles or customer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
