Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support and manage calendars, meetings, and communications.
• Develop social media strategies, create content, and analyze performance.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Lead crisis communication and assist in emergency preparedness.
• Collaborate with teams and track campaign performance.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role, ideally in the healthcare or marketing communications sector
• A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
