About the Role
The Organisation Planning & Performance Department is responsible for Strategic Planning and Performance Management at NCCS. You will be part of the Strategic Planning team which supports Senior Management in driving corporate planning activities, processes and performance management systems like the Balanced Scorecard that support NCCS' strategic objectives.This includes but is not limited to in-depth strategic research and analysis, development and refinement of key performance indicators, qualitative and quantitative strategy assessments to support Senior Management decision making.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include- Design and manage the corporate planning process to enable NCCS to achieve its organisational goals. Provide support to Senior Management in developing and implementing strategies and work plans for NCCS
- Assist with the planning and development of future cancer care services, and monitoring of strategic initiatives. Facilitate change management to align stakeholders to strategic objectives
- Drive performance management by assisting with the development, target setting and progress tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) using frameworks like the Balanced Scorecard. Ensure that KPIs measure performance in areas that are relevant to NCCS' strategic objectives
- Provide secretariat support for Senior Management meetings and retreats, strategic discussions, and coordination for projects that support strategic operations
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Science, or relevant field
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience in a strategy, planning or policy role preferred
- Healthcare administration experience is desirable but not essential. Passionate about Healthcare developments, with a keen interest to gain exposure to strategic and organisational issues
- Organised and meticulous. Able to think strategically, analyse, problem solve and follow-up
- Possess the confidence and maturity to engage with senior leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Ambitious, proactive and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
