Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist
Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for customer service & administrative duties
The sales support specialist's responsibilities include providing customer service, and managing customer orders. The sales support specialist is also responsible for coordinating sales deliveries as well as recording sales data.
Candidate should have good time management and organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Description:
- Answering customer inquiries and following up with customers requests
- Processing orders & delivery arrangements
- Managing customer accounts & following with selected customers for after service, also providing troubleshooting assistance for orders
- Compiling a daily list of sales and providing sales data & monitoring sales trend, discussing with supervisor to develop sales strategies
- Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.
- Ad-Hoc job as assign.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be advantageous.
- Excellent team work, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask between different assignments
- Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
