We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.

• Train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses,
• Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure efficient and exceptional service delivery.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Greet guests and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.
• Regularly interact with customers to gather feedback and make improvements based on their preferences.

• Open to Singapore nationals or Permanent Residents only.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in management and wine service, preferably in upscale dining settings.
• Strong hospitality and leadership skills, coupled with in-depth wine knowledge and passion for customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
