Sales Executive in the food production industry is responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. He/She plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building relationships, and expanding the company's market presence within the food industry, contributing significantly to its revenue and success.

Job Description
  1. Support to implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and increase revenue within the food production sector.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients, generate leads, and establish new business relationships through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of the company's food products, features, uses, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their requirements.
  5. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company's products.
  6. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, aiming to secure profitable deals and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for business growth.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, providing insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, finance and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  10. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum ITE or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the food trading industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food industry or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
