IT Service Desk Analyst – Multilingual role

Job Description:

Certification:

  • An ITIL certification is desirable.
  • Mandatory - Japanese Language Certification: JLPT N1 score of 800+ and BJT J1+ level
  • Mandatory - Mandarin Language Certification: HSK Level 8 (score of 270+) and BCTL Advanced Level

Requirement:

  • 2-7 Yrs of experience in Service Desk/Technical Support - L1 & L2.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to support customers from Greater China and Japan

Working location: Singapore/Kuala Lumpur

System Infrastructure Lead

Requirement:

Engage in system implementation/renewal projects as hardware engineer working with the hardware vendors. (i.e. hardware planning, designing, setting up, testing, system release, etc)

・8+ years of experience in IT projects in banking or any related field.

・Multiple experience of installing large scale infrastructure. (20+ servers & 100TB+ Storage)

・Good to have experience with various programming and scripting languages. (WinBatch, PowerShell, etc.)

・Proficiency in utilizing Excel functions and VBA.

Working location: Singapore

AWS Cloud Engineer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with AWS cloud technologies.
  • Experience in the FSI industry is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud migration tools and methodologies.
  • Willing to travel and accept overseas assignment

Working location: Kuala Lumpur

Solution Architect - Cloud Migration (Azure/AWS)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on cloud migration.
  • Experience in both Azure and AWS cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of their strengths
and weaknesses.
  • Extensive experience in the FSI industry, with a track record of delivering successful cloud-based
solutions to clients.
  • Strong technical skills in cloud migration, architecture design, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and accept overseas assignment
