The Role:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the (Legal) functional strategy
- Draft and negotiate various contracts and documents and support the organization operationally
- Participate in legal due diligence and business integration in connection with mergers and acquisitions or other strategic initiative
- Assist to develop standard operating procedures, guidelines, and documentation templates
- Advise on issues relating to commercial contracts e.g. supply contracts, sales contracts, purchase orders
To Qualify:
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
