Our Client, in the Retail Industry located in East has opening for Retail and Event Sales Consultant.
  • 6 Days work week
  • Excellence working environment
  • Working Location: East
  • Working hours: 10am-7pm
  • Able to work 6 days (10-7pm) and off during weekday

Extended hours for events/roadshow

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Retail and Event Salesperson to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales both in retail environments and at special events. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and information.
  • Promote and sell products at retail locations, trade shows, pop-up events, and other venues.
  • Set up and maintain event booths, displays, and promotional materials.
  • Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
  • Build relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and increase sales.
  • Track inventory and restock merchandise as needed.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Assist in event planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, event sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Sales-driven with a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when necessary.
