Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee life cycle events relating to pre, on-onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee records and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Execute processes and requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with other HR partners including Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Relationship Managers, HR specialist teams, as well as Employees to support and ensure alignment of HR transactional services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvements to HCM process and system.
- Participate in adhoc projects where opportunity arises.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource or in related majors
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Admin or operations role.
- Experience in managing employee life cycle events relating to pre, onboarding and offboarding processes is good to have.
- Experience working in Banking / Financial, or IT industry will be good to have
- Possess a risk mindset in keeping information confidential.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
