Overview:

We are looking for a HR Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day HR & Admin activities of our business. The HR Manager's responsibilities include oversee day-to-day administration and HR tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Review, develop and implement HR strategies to address business needs.
  • Manage and oversee the overall HR and Admin spectrum of the Firm, including Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development, Talent Performance Measurements and HR Operations.
  • Lead the engagement, facilitation and effective implementation of HR and Admin processes, procedures, and tools to ensure smooth operations of services.
  • Support the development of organizational objectives, project, growth, and HR and Admin initiatives.
  • Build and maintain professional external network to stay abreast of trends and changes in all aspect of HR and Admin; translate external business trends into internal organization actions.
  • Work closely with certain stakeholders whom are strictly Chinese speaking and other departments on HR and Admin matters, especially IT department on the development of the HR IT system and digital advertising via social media (e.g. Facebook / Instagram / Google / our internal website, etc).
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent;
  • Min. 4-6 years working experience in Human Resources;
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and CPF Act
  • IHRP-CP or SHRM-CP would be an added advantage;
  • Experience with InfoTech HRIS would be an added advantage;
  • Experience in beauty salon businesses would be an added advantage;
  • Experienced candidates would be considered as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
