Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities will focus on Sales and Customer Service functions, entailing but not restricted to the following tasks:

To handle operation calls and answering to customers’ request
To perform daily paperwork, invoices, raise service and repair job into system
Perform aftersales admin and submission of warranty claim for all products
To stand in as a Customer Service Advisor when required.
To stand in Accident Reporting Centre reporting
To collect cash from Customer Service Advisor and submit to Corporate Office.
Other jobs as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements:

Main duty: Backend support processing PO, liaise with customers
Presentable to meet clients
Minimum NTC 3 IN Automotive Technology
At least 3 years of sales and customer service experience
