Job Responsibilities

Manage the enterprise network infrastructure which includes configuration and maintenance of firewall, VPN, IPS, WAN communication device, router, LAN switches, WLAN network, DNS and DHCP servers.
Ensure all WAN and LAN network infrastructure and services are stable and reliable based on the company standard.
Relevant Experience in Firewall configuration, IPS, switch, router, servers (DNS, DHCP, Radius authentication servers), Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, Windows and Linux server operating system.
Perform IT Network monitoring and analysis of WAN traffic, ensuring maximum uptime in the region.
Establish a plan of action to resolve the problem and implement the network solution.
Support change requests for network solutions & services.

Required Experience and Skills

At least diploma or degree in Computer Science or its equivalent disciplines.
Ability to lead the IT team, manage effectively in a matrix organization, work closely with the country IT and vendors.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting regional network operations and implementation within a medium to large-sized organization
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network and server system monitoring.
Cisco (CCNA / CCNP), or other network certifications is preferred.
