Part-Time Customer Service Executive

As a Part-Time Frontline Executive, you will have the opportunity to be an ambassador of The Alternative Story (T.A.S.). You will be in charge of engaging customers and providing administrative support to our customers and teachers. You will be the backbone of our centre operations where your traits of being detailed and service-oriented will enable you to excel in what you do.
You will work with vibrant people who value excellence and teamwork as much as you do. You will be given opportunities for growth while enjoying flexibility in your schedule.

Required Qualifications- Customer-oriented and communicative
- Meticulous and organised
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Driven to make progress and produce excellent work
- Collaborative and willing to go the extra mile
- Holding at least GCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service and administration (not a requirement but a plus)
- Commitment period of 6 months
Work Schedule (Parkway Centre, Marine Parade)
Saturdays, 8.30am - 5pm

We are an English and Creative Writing Tuition Centre for Primary School children. Since 2008, our passion has been to make learning come alive in our classrooms. We seek to inspire in our students a proficiency and appreciation for the English language that sets them up for success in academics and in life.
