Office Administrator - Bukit Merah

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist and support in administrative matters, reporting to ensure smooth and efficient of office operations.
  • Maintain/Order office supplies, and source for reliable suppliers.
  • Responsible for the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Monitor Staff leave and Petty Cash records.
  • Ensure all invoices/staff reimbursement are in order for submission to Head Office for approval and payment.
  • Actively coordinate with management team.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management whenever necessary.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of basic book-keeping.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Preferably with some basic and relevant experience in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
