Our client specializes in providing secure global transportation solutions for high-value products. They are seeking an Operations Executive with experience in customs declaration to manage all the documentation required for both inbound and outbound goods.

The Job:

• Handle customs declaration and formalities at the airport.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Support the Operations Manager with logistics documentation and permit declarations.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure smooth transportation.
• Assist with boutique pickups and deliveries, and provide backup delivery support when drivers are unavailable (sick, on leave, etc.).

The Talent:

• Class 3 driving license
• Certified Custom Declarant will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and clearance
