Junior Paralegal / Corporate Secretarial Associate
(0 - 2 years working experience, requires proficient Chinese and English language skills)
A boutique Singapore corporate law and service firm is looking for an entry level Paralegal / Corporate Secretarial Associate to help with day-to-day work. Looking for a responsible, meticulous individual who is adaptable and resourceful. Nice and patient boss, happy work environment, zero office politics.Corporate secretarial background and/or law degree preferred. Good training provided.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage client files and KYC documents
- Draft Engagement Letters
- General corporate Secretarial Work such as incorporation and lodgments with ACRA (full training provided)
- Legal and general research, draft research memos
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Draft emails and simple legal documents
- Attend meetings and taking notes
- Assist in closing and post completion formalities
- Provide general administrative support work (billing, tracking, client communication etc.)
- Admin support to law firm managing director
- Maintain the current documentation templates and guidance notes on usage
- For candidates who have the ambition to learn real legal work, training and a path for higher level legal work will be provided. Quick advancement in position and pay based on ability.
Key Requirements:
- English and Chinese language capabilities (must be able to read, write and speak English and Chinese at business level)
- Willing to learn new things and adapt to changing work requirements
- Resourceful, problem solver, quick responding speed and enthusiastic attitude towards work
- A meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- No working experience preferred but for the candidate with the right skills and personality, no working experience is required
- Ability to multitask and handle project management work
- Good Microsoft Office, Excel skills

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Basic Salary: Salary + Performance Bonuses
