Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Technician (Box Build) to support process improvements, assist with new product builds, and ensure efficient production setup and equipment readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support process improvement and efficiency in box build assembly
- Verify and measure production cycle times
- Assist with initial builds for new projects
- Inspect and prepare daily production tools and equipment
- Guide operators on technical tasks and processes
- Handle machine/equipment setup and troubleshooting
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in NPI, process design, or manufacturing roles
- Relevant work experience may substitute for academic qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude, team player, and able to work under pressure
