Client Advisor (Luxury Leather Goods & Accessories)

Our client is a renowned French fashion designer, best known for its high-end footwear. They are looking for a passionate and self-driven Client Advisor to help drive store sales.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales, achieve targets and contribute to the growth of sales
• Act as a brand ambassador
• Provide excellent customer services to our clients
• Participate in stock management and maintain the floor display area
• Support the Store-in-charge in the running of the store operations.
• Keep in contact with key clients via different channels to arrange appointments/share collection information/product arrivals to grow loyalty
• Focus on cross, up-selling and have strong “matchmaking” skills for all product categories

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or Diploma holder or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in luxury fashion industry
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
• Excellent selling and clienteling skills
• Excellent in communication and story telling skills
