Job Summary:
My client is a heavy equipment company located in the West. They are rapidly expanding and looking to hire for an IT Executive (Application Developer, SAP) to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing level 1 and 2 support for any SAP operational issue.
- To participate, coordinate and support for implementation and postimplementation of new requests of existing application redevelopment and new application developments
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
- Identify opportunities for adopting new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance IT, SAP and BI capabilities.
- Assist in defining test cases and scenarios based on the requirements. Work with vendors or rest of IT team members to ensure that the product is thoroughly tested and meets the specified criteria.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years related work experience.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Candidates with ERP or manufacturing industry experience would be preferred.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel, i.e. Pivot Table)
- Strong experience in SAP will be a huge advantage
