• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company, gaining a deep understanding of the client's business, goals, challenges, and decision-making processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide customized, value-driven solutions that meet the client’s specific needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand the business with key accounts.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, client retention, and satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions, communications, and agreements in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the development of company-wide key account management strategies and best practices.
• Represent the company and promote brand awareness at key client events and meetings.

• Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce)
