Retail Associate / Luxury Retail (Retail Shift) - Toa Payoh

Our client is a leader in the Luxury Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Associate to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Islandwide.

Job Responsibilities:

• Aim to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall store sales objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints and provide professional feedback.
• Ensure that visual and merchandise displays are maintained in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management tasks.
• Assist the Store Manager/Supervisor in preparing retail reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in retail sales
• Sales driven
• Good Customer Service
• Good Communication Skills
