In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels

• Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with established service level agreement and strict guidelines to avoid breach of customer confidentiality & compliance
• Work with business unit, support unit, agent banks/correspondent banks in a professional and timely manner
• Timely reporting and escalation of risk events/incidents, suspicious transactions and presidential complaints for appropriate action
• Adhere to agreed high service levels for turnaround time and industry /currency cut-off times.
• Ensure proficiency over established Standard Operating Procedures and compliance against all relevant policies, standards and guidelines.
• Perform day end reconciliations with accuracy and detailed eyes to ensure all post processing instructions are processed before leaving the office.
• Working beyond the normal work hours are expected to complete the high day volume and urgent cases as well as on weekends to provide support for live verification tests.
• Ad-hoc duties assign by Team Manager
• Contribute constructively towards continuos work improvements and project/initiative in relation to risk management, process improvement, cost reduction , etc

• Prior experience of banking operations and practices favourable
• Good knowledge of remittance products and understanding of risk and controls
• Good verbal & written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Team player with collaborative attitude
• Possess good problem solving and analytical skills
• Keen eye for details
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy in a fast pace environment
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and work under pressure independently
• Strong knowledge in intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Possess high computer literacy skill to adapt to the various systems used in Cash Operations.
