Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products to customers in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, providing product information, and handling any issues or concerns.
  • Documentation: Maintain sales records, customer databases, and relevant documentation to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers , understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales leader

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in a similar industry (Marine, Construction, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
