We're looking for an experienced Senior Director, People Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the SVP Global Business Partners & Talent Development, you will be part of the P&C Business Partnership team based in Singapore to develop and implement strategic People and Culture best practices aligned to business growth. You'll be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the APJ senior Sales and Business leaders to collaboratively execute on the long-term vision for key talent initiatives that improve effectiveness, anticipate hiring and development needs, and help achieve overall business objectives.
- Collaborating across P&C teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, etc.) and senior business leaders to build and execute timely, effective, and scalable programs to grow the business.
- Leading initiatives in partnership with the Global Sales HR Business Partner team to translate the global people plan to the regional team, enhancing the culture and the employee and leadership experience.
- Aligning priorities to global P&C OKRs to proactively coach leadership on engagement and productivity trends that enable leaders to be more agile and effective - i.e. org design, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Leading and growing a team of amazing, highly capable Business Partners aligned to the APJ region and providing direct Business Partner support for our APJ Sales Executive.
- 15+ years of experience with dynamic, creative and challenging responsibilities as a strategic people partner working with a distributed team.
- Demonstrated experience leading and growing P&C Business Partner Teams focused on high-level strategic initiatives as well as operational excellence.
- Experience working with sales and Go-To-Market leaders.
- Demonstrated track record of driving improvements in organizational effectiveness; ability to apply and adapt practices to business needs.
- Must possess exceptional business acumen, emotional intelligence, and program management skills to drive initiatives and influence senior leaders based on KPIs that directly impact their business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
- Present facts and recommendations with written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
- Strong knowledge of Total Rewards and ability to design creative approaches to attract and retain talent.
