Solution Architect

• Working with senior client stakeholders and act as Solution Architect Lead for a General Ledger transformation programme, collaborating closely with business/IT stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand requirements, translate them into solution designs, and provide support as required
• Develop and maintain solution architecture artefacts
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expertise on solution options, trade offs, and associated risks
• Facilitate solution architecture programme status meetings, reporting and escalations to client IT leadership

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in the banking domain
• Past experience working at a management consultancy
• Proven track record in designing and implementing General Ledger/Finance ERP systems in a bank
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, particularly in finance operations, and regulatory compliance in Asia
• Strong knowledge of Finance ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP S4/HANA, etc. or General Ledger system such as OneSumX, etc. in a banking context
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
