Marketing Assistant - Toa Payoh

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives. This position plays a vital role in strengthening our brand presence, improving communication with our audience, and helping drive growth through marketing efforts.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Prepare and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email templates, and social media posts.
• Manage and update company social media accounts and website content.
• Support content creation, including copywriting, video editing, and basic graphic design (with templates).
• Coordinate with external agencies or vendors on event management, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports using tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing marketing reports, and maintaining databases.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship experience in marketing is a bonus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is advantageous.
