Our client is a recognized distributor that specializes in semiconductors and electronic parts. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager.
【Responsibilities】- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Maintain and grow customer base ranging from large multi-national accounts to smaller privately owned entities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify, quantify and develop new opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Provide timely accurate demand forecasts and close-loop communications to ensure smooth support to customers.
- Assist with sales budget preparations and achieve assigned sales quotas.
- Keep management informed with regular reports on planned activities, account trends, economic conditions and competitive activities
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights
- Maintain a positive mindset and aggressively follow up on all open opportunities.
- Traveling for business-related activities to ASEAN country at least once a month or more if required.
- Basic Salary: S$4,300 - S$7,800
- AWS
- Variable bonus (depending on company and individual performance)
- Annual leave: 14 days, increasing yearly up to a maximum of 21 days

(Must)
- Senior Sales Executive: Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of sales experience within the semiconductor industry or equivalent.
- Assistant Sales Manager: Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 5 years of sales experience within the semiconductor industry or equivalent.
- Sales Manager: Minimum Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 8 years of sales experience within the semiconductor industry or equivalent
- Possess a good understanding of customer requirements and excellent manner in handling people.
- Good team player and work well under pressure.
- Strong customer relationship development and well-experienced in handling Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Japanese-based customers.
- Knowledge of global supply chain and programs in handling the EMS industry.
