About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Personal Assistant & Office Operations Executive to help keep both professional and personal affairs running smoothly. This is a dynamic role that blends personal assistance with office ops with opportunities to travel, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and has a helpful spirit.

What You’ll Be Doing
Personal Assistance to Founder
  • Coordinate car servicing, home maintenance appointments, make purchases and run errands as needed
  • Provide driving support for founder and team
  • Research and coordinate personal appointments such as personal training sessions, styling sessions.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport
  • Travel with our founder and team internationally to support logistics and operations such as restaurant & activities bookings, catering, delivers & pick ups etc. during events and offsites
  • Support with miscellaneous tasks to help optimize time and productivity
  • Coordinate events, media & speaking engagements
  • Transcribing founder’s brain dumps into shareable notes
Office Operations
  • Receive and manage deliveries, couriers, and office inventory (e.g., merchandise storage and IT storage)
  • Ensure the office remains tidy, organized, and well-stocked
  • Liaise with building management and cleaners for maintenance and upkeep
  • Arrange catering, lunch orders, and other office and team needs
  • Conduct research and source competitive quotations for office-related needs.
  • Assist with office moves and general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of work experience in an administrative, assistant, or operations role
  • Basic usage of spreadsheets and word documents
  • A proactive mindset—you enjoy improving small inefficiencies and finding better ways to do things
  • Adaptability - you don’t mind learning and stepping in wherever needed
  • Able to learn on the go - whether it’s a new coffee machine or a new software tool, you’re quick to pick things up
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • A caring and helpful approach - you thrive in making others’ lives easier
  • Flexible with working hours
