Front Office Support Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Support Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of FX Cash, Fixed Income, Commodities, and Derivatives trading, alongside technical expertise to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for FX Cash, Fixed Income, Commodities, and Derivatives trading systems.
• Ensure smooth trading operations, including price quoting, trade confirmations, settlements, and P&L tracking.
• Manage and resolve production incidents quickly, working with traders and stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
• Participate in change management and release processes to ensure seamless updates to systems.
• Support risk reporting and P&L analysis for trading desks.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize trading systems.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of FX Cash, Fixed Income, Commodities, and Derivatives products.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and experience with trade capture systems.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and incident resolution.

• Experienced in supporting front office trading systems with a strong market understanding.
• Able to manage incidents, support complex trading environments, and communicate effectively with traders and IT teams.
