Bedok - Facilities Engineer (Data Center Operations, Loyang) (ID: 671737)

• Maintain 24/7 standby support to respond to incidents and ad-hoc issues as they arise.
• Plan, schedule, inspect, and coordinate monthly, bi-annual, annual, and ad-hoc maintenance activities for data center infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections (daily/weekly) of all data center infrastructure to ensure optimal operation and compliance with standards.
• Oversee and verify that installation work and maintenance activities are completed in accordance with approved schedules and specifications.
• Initiate and manage Change Requests for activities within data centers, server rooms, and other critical environments.
• Create and manage Incident Tickets; respond promptly to incidents and take corrective action as necessary.
• Identify and assess potential risks during the design and planning stages, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and coordinate the operation of all critical facility systems, including electrical systems, ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), BMS (Building Management Systems), and fire protection systems.
• Ensure that on-site installations adhere to project design requirements, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors performing work in critical areas such as the data hall, electrical rooms, and chiller plant rooms.
• Provide technical support for customer service requests, incident resolutions, and change implementation.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems including electrical switchboards, chillers, mechanical pumps and pipes, and system control panels such as fire alarm panels.
