We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives.
As a relationship builder and strategic thinker, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring seamless project execution that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
- Fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business expansion.
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision.
- Organise workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
- Prepare, present, and lead presentations to prospective clients, negotiate contracts and terms, and identify opportunities to boost contractual revenue.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define business development strategies and long-term goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the overall client experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in business marketing, business or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development and project management, with preference given to candidates with extensive experience.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully and meeting deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment. Meticulous and attentive to detail with a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi, both writing and speaking, in order to liaise with the Indian and Bangladeshi workforce.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Highly professional and has a good work ethic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and address clients' needs and identify opportunities.
