Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong talent pipeline by managing recruitment channels to support our business growth.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to understand and meet hiring needs efficiently.
- Leverage various recruitment tools and resources to identify and attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates.
- Drive recruitment strategies such as employer branding initiatives, internships, career fairs, and career talks, ensuring a dynamic and engaging candidate experience.
- Get the chance to innovate and contribute to exciting projects like enhancing our employer brand and expanding our recruitment reach through partnerships and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—we're excited to help you grow!
- Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to source and attract candidates through direct sourcing and headhunting.
- A proactive team player who can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent multitasking skills—you're someone who can handle multiple priorities with ease and stay organized under pressure.
