The content writer is in charge of the company’s copy execution for the company’s marketing campaigns, digital and social media content, as well as on-ground activations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Brainstorm original ideas and content directions with the Media and Engagement Team to drive business outcomes
Understand the marketing objectives of each project and craft the intended messages
Develop editorial content to meet KPI of campaigns
Research and write engaging long- and short-form content for web and mobile, organic and paid digital and social media posts, podcast, direct mailers, and creative assets for on-ground activations
Ensure copy standard comply with brand guidelines and style guide
Edit and proofread content for spelling, grammar and tone of voice
Work with production and post-production teams in ensuring marketing collateral are executed as planned

Education

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Engligh, Digital Media or its equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

Writer with in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s real estate is preferred
Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing deliverables and their production processes
Sound knowledge of advertising platforms
Knowledge of project management tools
Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
