Bukit Merah - Garment Factory Merchandiser
About the role
As a Garment Factory Merchandiser at Bibi & Baba Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all merchandising activities within our garment manufacturing operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Bukit Merah Central Region.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the merchandising process, from sample development up to delivery
- Liaise with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of garments to meet client requests and expectations
- Monitor inventory to optimise stock levels and minimise waste
- Provide regular reporting on merchandising activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support merchandising activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
- Work independently both in office and offsite
