A Digital Marketing Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients and the marketing agency, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable results. They manage multi-channel digital strategies, including social media, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Client Relationship Management – Serve as the main point of contact, understanding client needs and expectations.✅ Campaign Strategy & Execution – Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
✅ Project Coordination – Work with internal teams (content creators, designers, paid media specialists) to execute campaigns effectively.
✅ Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and present insights to clients.
✅ Budget & Ad Spend Management – Optimize digital ad budgets for platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
✅ Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.
Essential Skills- Strong Communication & Negotiation – Clear client communication and expectation management.
- Project Management – Ability to multitask and oversee multiple accounts.
- Analytical Thinking – Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Digital Channels – SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media best practices.
