Job Scope:
- Oversee temporary visitor access cards for guests
- Distribute and retrieve temporary access cards from relevant parties
- Maintain a log of visitor access cards and ensure timely return of permanent cards
- Organize and coordinate the printing and delivery of business cards
- Regularly update and maintain the telephone directory
- Procure office supplies and ensure supplies are well-stocked up
- Prepare and track payment requests for office expenses
- Oversee all domestic and international courier deliveries and address customs issues
- Retrieve and distribute of incoming mail/packages
- Receive and collect MOM passes upon delivery
- Coordinate office equipment
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE "O" Levels
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, facilities management or office coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to address issues and respond effectively
- Salary: Up to $3900 per monthly
- Performance bonus
