Faststream Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Executive with Norwegian company specializing in technology for the maritime industry, offering products like navigation systems, automation, and underwater technology.
The Senior HR Executive will focus on Full spec of HR function and Payroll management, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tax reports (IR8A, IR21) and compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations. Responsibilities include managing the monthly payroll process, handling statutory claims, salary reviews, and benefits benchmarking, as well as coordinating with external tax consultants for expatriate tax compliance.The role also involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes, ensuring HR operations comply with legal requirements, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Additional duties include managing work pass applications and assisting with ad-hoc HR projects.
