Job Scope

The individual coordinates all training program and support the training and development needs of the Singapore’s employees
Works in close collaboration with the Regional Training team to achieve training and development goals of the region.
Works closely with management teams to offer the best onboarding experience to new hires, to include presenting the employee with an onboarding plan on their first day.
Ensures that new hires progress through general and role-specific new hire training in a timely manner.
Implements a robust training program for the district that meets employee training needs.
Coordinates training schedule, delivers Trainer-led courses, and ensures timely record keeping of internal and external training.
Assists management teams with the mechanics of conducting 1:1s and employee performance evaluations
Actively promotes employee growth in the district, helping to identify training and development opportunities for employees.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/HR
1 to 2 years of experience in HR & Admin and Training preferred
