Project Manager, NPI Technology Transfer, API / Drug Product (6 Months Contract) - CC

A pharmaceutical manufacturer with global presence is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager, NPI Technology Transfer, API / Drug Product (6 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

Successfully manage the transfer of APIs from internal sites to CMOs, ensuring the maintenance of comparable physical and chemical quality for DP customers, qualifying all targeted markets, and achieving business milestones and objectives. Oversee the execution of agreed-upon action plans to meet deadlines and key goals.
Proactively identify, communicate, and address project or plan issues, supporting the implementation of solutions and coordinating relevant actions.
Actively engage in and lead Global Tech Transfer Teams and their sub-teams as needed, providing pharmaceutical expertise and technical support for all technical transfer activities.
Lead the API Source Change initiative and the qualification of alternative CMO suppliers by building and leading cross-functional project teams, creating and managing project and program implementation plans, chairing meetings, scheduling activities, tracking actions, preparing reports, recording meeting minutes, delivering presentations, and ensuring timely status updates.
Conducting in-depth technical analysis of API process transfers, quality documentation, and other related materials, while comparing proposals from CMOs. This includes drafting and reviewing all process-related documents, such as Technical Reports.

Requirements:

Degree and Science or Engineering with at least 8 years of NPI or technical transfer experiences in API or DP manufacturing.
