Job Subject Title: Logistics Customer Service Officer
Job Summary:
- Salary: $2300 - $2800 (Basics + OT)
- Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon-Fri 830-530pm, sat 830-1230pm)
- Location: Alps Avenue
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan orders to ensure timely delivery and collection in line with customer requirements.
- Coordinate & communicate with customers and regarding daily issues.
- Collect data and provide accurate reports as needed.
- Basic admin duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
