Responsibilities

Manage the annual marketing budget to ensure effective allocation for business objectives.
Define brand positioning (WHO, WHAT, HOW) and lead new product and strategy development.
Plan and execute brand promotions, including creative concepts, key visuals, and marketing campaigns (OOH, Digital, NP/MG).
Conduct brand performance reviews, implement PDCA cycles, and manage fiscal year business goals, including test marketing.
Present periodic business updates to Japan HQ and plan short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
