As a People Services Specialist (6 months contract) there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day.- Ensuring timely & compliant pay out of payroll and bonuses for SEA, Korea and India. Managing local benefit packages.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and managing offboarding processes
- Maintain and update both digital and hardcopy employee records.
- Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary HR documents.
- Support compliance with labour laws and assist with statutory reporting.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of internal HR systems
- Organize and maintain the company’s shared drive for easy access and secure data storage
- Successful track record of 1+ years in international HR Specialist / HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist roles
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Ability to self-start and self-motivate under very limited supervision
