Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support both international trade operations and general HR functions within the company
- Assist in coordinating import/export documentation and liaise with logistics providers
- Maintain employee records, assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower and training needs
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HR and trade-related regulations
- Provide administrative support for cross-border projects and HR initiatives
- Prepare regular reports for management on trade activity and HR metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in International Economics and Trade or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in international business or human resources
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts)
