Sales Executive

Position Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our sales team, contributing to the growth of our client base and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals and receive training to develop your skills in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct research to understand customer needs and market trends and gather competitive intelligence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with both technical and non-technical people.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.
