Working Day/hour: 9am-6pm (M-F) on-site / 9am-1pm (Sat) – {work-from-home}
Working location: Bukit Merah, Singapore {but will be shifting to Tannery Lane in Q2 2025}
Salary Range: SGD$4000 – SGD$5500 (depending on experience)
Job Description & Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue potential and expand revenue streams
Proactively prospect, engage, and establish relationships with new customers
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships
Continuously monitor, analyse, and report competitor activities to maintain competitive edge
Provide regular sales performance updates, maintaining accurate sales reports for management review
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to achieve targets
Prompt and accurate order processing and invoicing, timely collection of payment
Requirements:
Prior sales experience required, preferably in the construction or related industries
Proven track record in sales and business development
Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards an advantage
Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in sales prospecting
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team
Positive attitude, fast learner, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
