Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization while ensuring accurate accounting management and cash flow monitoring.
The role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing performance, and supporting business strategy through investment evaluations and risk assessments. The Finance Manager will also ensure compliance with tax regulations, maintain internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additionally, they will lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).
Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
