About the Employer:

A leading AI company is looking for a Japanese-speaking Translator & Admin Support to assist the Director in managing communication and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with strong translation and interpretation skills, as well as administrative experience, who are seeking a flexible, part-time, remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate documents, emails, reports, and presentations between Japanese and English.
  • Provide verbal interpretation during meetings and discussions.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications.
  • Support internal and external communication with stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
  • Diploma/Degree in any field from a recognized institution.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • At least 1 year of translation/interpretation experience (those with translation experience but no prior work experience may apply).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
