Duties and Responsibilities

Raising purchase orders for the procurement of products (F&B).
Monitoring and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of items
Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any issues
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all purchasing activities
Assisting with inventory management and identifying opportunities to optimize stock levels
Supporting the implementation of purchasing policies and procedures
Providing administrative support to the Procurement team as needed

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Relevant experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the F&B industry
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
