Toa Payoh - Premium Building Technical Officer - Direct Land Developer

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building facilities, including managing service providers and coordinating maintenance schedules
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of building systems and services
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and property management policies
• Liaise with developers, property managers, and other stakeholders to address technical issues and enhance the overall user experience
• Provide technical expertise and advice to support the planning and execution of refurbishment and renovation projects
• Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building facilities management or technical support from direct owner or developer.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented approach
• Expertise in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in using relevant building management software and data analysis tools
